Entry for Vince's ContestDay 12 of the Moaning Wind Cycle. Year of the Falling Phoenix.  Outskirts of the Elven Plains, First Division Army Encampment.   
It’s been a year since the elves chose to sever all ties with our grand Empire, breaking the treaty that was signed by our forefathers centuries ago. Not only did they do this without a valid reason, they announced it during the celebration of the Golden Harvest, the second most important event that we humans celebrated with them. You should have imagined the chaos that ensued. Damn them and their arrogance.

So yeah, first ever entry, having just joined DA today. Not sure what made me do it, since I don't have many pieces worth showing off (most of them are back home (Malaysia) in my PC, I'm currently using a laptop), but I guess I was bored.

A little about myself, I'm a 20 year old Malaysian Chinese studying in London at the moment. I'm more of a fantasy writer, though I am a self-professed weapons-whore, so I occasionally draw some up.

Brain's a bit blank, but thanks for stopping by to visit!
